I was elected to the role of chairman to represent the Owners Corporation of 104 apartments to work on the design and project management of a $4 million refurbishment of the iconic ‘Waterside’ apartment building at Manly. The building upgrade involved complex structural and cosmetic upgrades and is now recognised as one of the finest at the beautiful northern beaches of Sydney.
